300g Mushrooms cut in chunks 1 Onion chopped 2 cloves garlic crushed 1/2 tsp kashmiri chilli powder 1/2 tsp turmeric 1tsp coriander powder 1heaped tsp chilli flakes 2 green chillies chopped Few curry leaves torn 1tsp kasuri methi 2tbsp oil
salt to taste
1tsp lime juice
handful of chopped coriander.
1. Heat oil in pan.
2. Add chopped onion and curry leaves, fry till soft.
3. Add garlic fry till raw smell is gone,then add chopped green chillies, dry spices,and chilli flakes, fry for few minutes.
4. Add mushrooms mix well ,put on lid and cook on medium heat, stir now and again,water will leave mushrooms so you don't have to add any water,cook till liquid goes and mushrooms are nice and tender.
5. Season with salt ,sprinkle lime juice and add chopped coriander,done .
