Curried Omelette By Abdul Sadek

Curried omelette.

6 beaten eggs

Half an onion sliced

Chopped coriander

1 Sliced or chopped green chilli

1/2 tsp turmeric, coriander & chilli powder

Salt to taste.


1. Heat some oil or butter.

2. Add the salt, onions and coriander, cook until soft

3. Add the green chilli & spices.

4. Give it a good stir and cook for a couple of minutes.

5. Add the beaten eggs

6. Cover and cook until almost cooked and firm

7. Flip over and turn the heat off.
