TCCHC Spicy Chick Pea Salad By Anthony Dumble


Spicy chick peas salad


2 sliced red onions

10 baby tomatoes

1 tin of organic chick peas

1 chopped cucumber

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon TCCHC Kashmiri chilli powder

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Two tablespoons sumac powder

3 tablespoons of olive oil

1 teaspoon cider vinegar

1 teaspoon honey

1 teaspoon chilli flakes


In a bowl add the onions and salt crushed together by hand

Then add the chick peas cucumber tomatoes

Then in a little bowl add the olive oil honey cider vinegar sumac powder chilli flakes garlic and chilli powder mix together well then drizzle over the onions tomatoes and chick peas mix well and serve
