My mother’s fried chicken drumsticks 🍗
1kg Chicken Drumsticks
1 glass milk
Black Pepper for seasoning
Salt for seasoning
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
Plain Flour for coating
Garlic Powder for seasoning the flour
Water for coating
Cooking Oil for Frying
1. In a pan add a kilo of chicken drumsticks, one glass of milk and season it with black pepper, salt and ginger garlic paste. Bring it to boil then lower the heat to medium low and cook for 5-7 min.
2. In a plate take some plain flour season it garlic powder, black pepper and salt. Mix it well. In another bowl fill in some water and keep it aside.
3. Take each piece of drumstick and coat it with the flour, then dip it in the water, coat it again in the flour firmly.
4. Heat oil in a wok on medium heat,once you have completed coating all the drumsticks with same procedures and fry each side for 15 min until golden brown.
