Easiest Chicken Korma ....
Just keep fried onions handy.
Chicken - 500gms
2tsp - Kashmiri red chilli powder
1tbsp - Coriander powder
1tsp - Turmeric powder
1 and half tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 1/2 tsp - Garam masala powder
Green chillies as per your taste
I used almost 50gms of Coriander leaves (being in Hyderabad) but you can adjust
Half a cup of mustard oil
2 black cardamom
4 green cardamom
2 bay leaves
100 gms fried onions
in curd mix all the powder masalas except garam masala and ginger garlic paste
Now heat the pan, add oil and bring it to heat. Add the whole spices, once crackled add the curd paste and saute till they start forming granules. Now add chicken and almost 90% of Coriander leaves and cook it with the spices till it's completely dry.
Now add a cup of warm water, once boiling, add garam masala and fried onions. Cook for another 10 minutes. Off the stove and garnish with the rest of the Coriander leaves.
