Crispy Chicken Kebab By Robert Wintle

Ingredients:

500 grm chicken breast diced

2 tbsp yougurt

1 tbsp chilli powder (Adjust to your taste)

1 ½ tsp coriander powder

1 tsp turmeric powder

1 ½ tsp garam masala powder

1 tsp Basaar mix powder

2 tbsp rice flour (you can add plain flour, basan or corn flour)

Salt to taste

Oil to deep fry


Method:

Mix all ingredients with yougurt add diced chicken and marinade for about an hour or longer if you can in fridge.

Heat oil in sauce pan or small kharai and fry in small batches till crispy or till its crispy.

Cook on medium heat
