Chicken Kebab By Shai Ayoub

Chicken kebabs by Shai

1kg thigh chicken mince ( if using less reduce the rest of the ingredients slightly)

1/2 bunch fresh coriander chopped

1/4 bunch fresh mint leaves chopped

1 green chilli finely chopped

1 large onion finely chopped

1 tbsp crushed chilli flakes

1 tbsp salt or to taste

1 tsp Garam masala

1 tsp crushed coriander seeds

2 tbsp ginger garlic paste

2 tbsp unsalted butter


Mix all the ingredients in a bowl

Place small balls on a skewer and flatten it out using the palm of your hands and fingers.

Slide it off and place it on the tray

Cook each side 12-15 mins
