TCCHC Spicy Chilli Pide By Anthony Dumble


Spicy chilli PIDE



500g plain flour

300ml warm water

1 teaspoon dried yeast

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon sugar

1 tablespoon butter

1 teaspoon TCCHC Kashmiri chilli powder

1 teaspoon

1 teaspoon fenugreek leaves


Simply mix all the ingredients together

To make a dough then knead the dough for 10 minutes then cover with a damp towel and leave in a warm place to rise about 1 hour

Then make 7 dough balls

Dust worktop with flour and roll the dough ball one direction flip the dough and and roll again same direction like a boat shape

Then add the spicy tomato sauce I’ll add my recipe for this at the end of the recipe

Sprinkle with cheese now fold in the dough and pinch the ends the top with your choice of topping tikka ect

Sprinkle again with cheese I cook in my pizza oven a ooni koda 16 it takes 60 seconds

Or in a oven preheated at 180c for 20 minutes

Garnish with chopped coriander and chilli peppers

Spicy tomato sauce


1 tin chopped tomatoes

1/2 chopped onion red

3 peeled garlic cloves

2 teaspoon TCCHC Kashmiri chilli powder

2 chopped green chilli peppers

1 teaspoon mix herbs


Simply put all the ingredients into a blender and blend for 1 minutes

This is an amazing sauce for pizza PIDE naan ect
