TCCHC Spicy Chicken (KFC Style) By Anthony Dumble

Spicy chicken


9 pieces of chicken skinless

1 egg

2 teaspoons of bovril

Fry light oil spray

1/2 cup of instant smash / potato flakes

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

1/2 teaspoon cumin powder

1/2 teaspoon chilli powder

1/2 teaspoon salt


Mix the egg and bovril together well

Mix all the spices together with the instant smash potato flakes mix well

Simply cover the chicken in the egg wash then cover the chicken with the dry mix then lay all the chicken pieces on a baking tray apart from each other spray the chicken with the fry light oil spray then place in a preheated oven at 180f for 15 minutes remove from the oven and then turn the chicken pieces and spay again with fry light cook for another 15 minutes then again turn and spray with fry light chicken temperature should be 165f plus in the Center of you chicken then serve
