Lemon and garlic rice

Tandoori chicken


4 whole chicken legs sliced

200ml natural yogurt

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon chilli powder

1 teaspoon garlic and ginger paste

1//2 teaspoon Garamond masala powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

3 teaspoon lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon cumin powder

1 teaspoon Fenugreek leaves

Food colouring


Mix all the ingredients together

And marinate the chicken leave over night

Best cooked on charcoal bbq while cooking bast with butter cook till the chicken reaches 165f for lovely succulent chicken

Lemon and garlic rice


2 cups of washed rice

400ml cold water

1 squeeze lemon

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

A little fresh thyme


Simply add everything too the rice cooker mix let cook
