TCCHC Nando’s Style Chicken By Anthony Dumble



Chicken Nando’s Style


4 whole chicken legs slice

150ml olive oil

50ml red wine vinegar

Juice of one lemon

4 chopped garlic

1/2 chopped onion red

1 teaspoon fresh chopped thyme

1 teaspoon ginger paste

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon cumin powder

1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

1/2 teaspoon chilli powder

1 1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes


Simply add all the ingredients to a blender and blend for a couple seconds pour Over the chicken keep a bit back for basting the chicken while cooking

Best cooked on a charcoal bbq but can be cooked on a gas bbq or in the oven try a get the chicken temperature 165 the chicken will be so succulent
