Fiery chicken delight
Ingredients
One whole chicken
Juice of one lemon
Teaspoon garlic paste
Teaspoon ginger paste
1 teaspoon salt
3 teaspoon TCCHC Kashmiri chilli powder
1 teaspoon TCCHC ground coriander powder
1 teaspoon TCCHC Garam masala powder
1 teaspoon TCCHC Basaar powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon chilli flakes
2 chopped green chilli peppers
200ml natural yogurt
4 tablespoons of organic beetroot juice for colour
Method
Spatchcock the chicken and cut in half
In a bowl add the two pieces of chicken add the lemon juice garlic and ginger paste and the salt leave to marinate for an hour
Then add all the over ingredients mix together well and leave to marinate overnight or at least 2 hours best cooked on a charcoal grill or in an oven 180 for 40 minutes and the temperature of the must be 74c for lovely juice chicken
