Ingredients
a couple of chicken breasts chopped in bite size pieces
1/2 cup vegetable or sunflower oil or ghee
1 tsp coarse black pepper
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 can chopped tomatoes
salt to taste
1 tsp kashmiri chilli powder
1 tsp the curryclub homecooking basaar
handful fresh coriander
a couple of green chillies
1 tsp kasuri methi
1/2 tsp the curryclub homecooking garam masala
Method
1. Fry the chicken breast chopped in bite size pieces (you can used a whole chicken if you like) in 1/2 cup vegetable oil. Add a tsp of coarse black pepper and 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste mix well.
2. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook on high heat for approximately 5 minutes.
3. Add salt to taste, chilli powder, basaar mix and a handful fresh coriander and cook for about about 10 minutes or until chicken cooked on moderate heat
4. Add some green chillies and kasuri methi cook a further 5-7 minutes. Sprinkle some home made club garam masala and serve with chappatis.
