Prawn 65

Chicken 65

Starter for two people ๐Ÿ˜


This is amazing and yummy recipe


Ingredients


1 chicken breast chopped into bite size Pisces

Six large peeled prawns

100 g tempura batter mix

2 teaspoons Kashmiri chilli powder

1 teaspoon cumin powder

1 teaspoon turmeric powder

1 teaspoon coriander powder

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Pinch salt and pepper


Method


Boil a pan of water add the chicken cook for 5 minutes remove and pat dry

Now add the prawns to the boiling water and cook for 3 minutes remove and add them to cold water to stop further cooking

Peel the prawns leaving tail shells on

Now mix the ingredients together adding sparkling water we want a nice custard consistency

Now dip the prawns and chicken in the mix

In a pan we are going to deep fry the chicken and prawns for 2 minutes at 350f

I did smoke the chicken and prawns on my bbq for a couple of minutes for extra flavour but not necessary
