King Prawn Saag.
1 large sliced onion
2 chopped tomatoes
2 cloves of chopped or crushed garlic
1tsp kasuri methi
1tsp each of cumin,coriander, turmeric and garam masala
1/2 tsp of chilli powder
Salt to taste
Heat some oil in a pan.
Add the onions and cook until soft and start to brown.
Add all the spices and a splash of water.
Add the tomatoes
Cook the mixture for about 20 mins. Add water if necessary.
Add the prawns and cook through. They don’t take long.
Add the spinach and stir through.
Add salt to taste.
Serve with fresh lemon wedges.
