Dahi Wale Baingain
Dahi Wale Baingan is lightly fried aubergine slices in spices, layered with yoghurt and finished with a beautiful Tarka.
This is an absolutely delicious dish which can be served as a side or eaten alone. It doesnt take long to make either and can be russled up quite quickly. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
