TCCHC Tandoori Chicken

Tandoori chicken

Marinate the chicken for one hour in 2 teaspoon garlic and ginger paste the juice of one lemon

One and a half teaspoon of salt

Then add 200 ml of natural yogurt

6 teaspoon TCCHC Kashmiri chilli powder

1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder

1 teaspoon fenugreek leaves

2 tablespoons oil

Little food colour

And a splash of organic beetroot juice Iv marinated up to 36 hours in the past
