Tandoori chicken


4 whole skinless chicken legs slice the chicken to get the marinate in

200ml natural yogurt

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon chilli powder

1 teaspoon garlic and ginger paste

1/2 teaspoon gram masala powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika


juice of one lemon

1/2 teaspoon cumin powder

1 teaspoon Fenugreek leaves

Organic beetroot juice for colour


Mix all the ingredients together

And marinate the chicken leave over night

Best cooked on charcoal bbq while cooking bast the chicken with the leftover marinate cook till the chicken reaches 165f for lovely succulent chicken
