Chicken Kebab By Linda Knight

Chicken Kebabs

Put in a mini chopper and chop finely

1/2 red onion

1 fat red chilli

2 garlic cloves

1 piece ginger

Small handful coriander

Add to 500 g minced chicken in a large bowl

◦ Along with

1 tsp garam masala

1 tsp cumin powder

1 tsp coriander powder

1 tsp Kathuri methi

Season to your taste with salt and pepper

Mix really well using your hands and form into 6 sausage shapes

Can be cooked under the grill, BBQ or oven at 180 around 20 mins. Baste with a little melted butter to stop drying out
